Matching Gifts

Nationwide more than 5,000 companies and organizations support their employees and retirees with matching gifts for their designated charities. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, independent of the school and parish, the St. Anne School Foundation is eligible for matching gifts. Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions made by their employees.  Some companies also match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses.

Ask Your Employer About Participation

The St. Anne School Foundation encourages donors to find out if your company has a matching gift program.  With a matching gift, your contribution to the Foundation could be doubled, or with some programs, even tripled!

Requests for matching gifts can often be handled online or with the completion of a simple one-page document.  The process is usually very easy – just ask your employer.  Often the benefits department is a good place to start for information.

Once the request for matching funds has been made, the St. Anne School Foundation will be notified to complete the process for fulfillment of the request.   The Foundation verifies your gift and provides any information about the Foundation that is requested by your company’s matching gift program.

Matching gifts programs are a wonderful benefit.  Your generosity is matched by your company’s generosity, and the work and mission of the St. Anne School Foundation is the beneficiary.  Many thanks to all the employees and employers who participate in these programs!

Gifts to the St. Anne School Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, are tax-deductible within the full-extent of the law.
